ScriptureDirect uses ShareIt (a service of Digital River) to handle the order and delivery process. ShareIt provides a FAQ page specifically aimed at answering support queries relating to the order and delivery process.

Problems ordering with Credit Cards:

While we recommend you contact ShareIt with any order related problems we have found that many credit card problems result from inaccurate client information entered during the order process. Please double check the following when you experience problems with your order:

  1. Make sure you select the correct card type.
  2. Make sure you enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card.
  3. Make sure you use the correct billing address, that should be the same address your banking institution has on their records.
  4. Make sure you entered the card expiry date in the correct format (month and year in correct order).
  5. Lastly make sure you have sufficient funds in you account.
